SIIG Single Parallel Port PCI Card, TK-P01E12 (Not TK-P01E12-XXX)

Example lspci -v

00:06.0 Parallel controller: AFAVLAB Technology Inc TK9902 (prog-if 02 [ECP])
	Subsystem: AFAVLAB Technology Inc TK9902
	Flags: medium devsel, IRQ 11
	I/O ports at 21a0 [size=8]
	I/O ports at 21b8 [size=4]
	Capabilities: <access denied>

"prog-if 02 [ECP]" seems to indicate that the card is ECP capable, and therefore also EPP. The Pico UPC test passed after I used showport.c to set the configuration register to EPP by using "sudo ./showport 21A0 21B8 E" from the above example. 21A0 from above is the base register address, 21B8 is the extended register address (ECR = extended + 02)(See http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/emcinfo.pl?Startech). The base and extended addresses will most likely be different for each PC.
