Autodesk Fusion360 is hard to ignore as a capable and polished CAD / CAM system despite being closed source, largely cloud-based and liable to change its subscription model without notice.
The supplied (emc2) postprocessor works reasonably well with LinuxCNC, but does not support a 4th axis and does not properly manage the G59.1 etc coordinate systems.
This modified post does both, but is offered on a best-guess basis with no warranty.
